All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations. We must be able to confirm this by viewing the vaccination record or by speaking with the veterinary practice. For dogs, this must include Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Hepatitis, Parainfluenza. We do not insist on kennel cough. For cats this must include Infectious Enteritis, Feline Herpesvirus, Feline Calicivirus. All vaccinations must be completed by a vet at least two weeks prior to boarding.

Preventative treatments for fleas, ticks and worms should be kept up to date. If any signs or symptoms of parasites are evident then we will take the affected animal(s) to either your or our vet for treatment with prescription medication. All costs incurred will be paid by you.

Due to GDPR vets are unable to discuss any part of your pets medical history with us without your express permission, you MUST give your vet consent to relay any relevant information to us and/or our registered vet so that we can give your pet(s) all appropriate care. This will include, but is not limited to, vaccination history and any ongoing medical conditions. This needs to be an open-ended arrangement. Failure to do this may incur charges for unnecessary investigations and we accept no liability this or for delays in administering required treatment. Ultimately we may refuse to board your pet.
