Can I come and have a look around?
You are welcome to visit any day between 10:30am and 12:00pm. Please let us know roughly what time you would like to visit, so we don’t have too many people at one time.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We ask for a non-refundable deposit for the first booking and then our T&Cs apply to subsequent bookings.
When can I drop off and collect?
The kennel and cattery units are yours all day, so you can drop off and collect anytime time within our opening hours.
What do I need to bring?
We supply everything your cat and/or dog needs here, including food, bowls and beds. We don’t supply bedding which you are more than welcome to bring along. You are also welcome to bring toys and treats.
Do you mix the dogs?
No, only dogs from the same family or ones where both owners have given consent for specific dogs to play together will be able to mix.
Are all the kennels and cattery units heated?
Yes, cattery units are heated by radiant panel heaters and the kennels are heated
by a mixture of warm are heaters and underfloor heating.
