Can I come and have a look around?
Please call us to arrange a look around. These tours are available between 11:00am and 12:30pm on any day except Fridays and Sundays.
What are the payment terms?
All bookings must be paid one month in advance.
When can I drop off and collect?
The kennel and cattery units are yours all day, so you can drop off and collect at any time during our opening hours (10:00am–2:00pm every day, including Sundays and Bank Holidays).
What do I need to bring?
We supply everything your cat and/or dog needs here, including food (Wagg Complete for dogs and Whiskas dry and wet for cats), bowls and beds. We don’t supply bedding, which you are more than welcome to bring along. You are also welcome to bring toys and treats.
Do you mix the dogs?
No, only dogs from the same family or ones where both owners have given consent for specific dogs to play together will be able to mix.
Are all the kennels and cattery units heated?
Yes, cattery units are heated by radiant panel heaters and the kennels are heated
by a mixture of warm are heaters and underfloor heating.
